Foundation Stucco Repair

The patching or repair of foundation stucco on older buildings is a common request. Stucco can be scaling,  flaking, de-laminating or like many concrete foundation corners you find in residential neighborhoods - chunking off. The important consideration in repairing a cement stucco or concrete foundation surface is the use of the proper materials, to match the repair situation to insure a repair that is durable.

Most contractors are not familiar with the many different cements and cement  products, additives and reinforcement available of the market today. They just grab whatever is available from the local big box store and hope for the best. This is a sure path to a patch failure since applying the wrong materials, to the wrong surface at the wrong time will assure the repair doesn't last long.

However for us, it is precisely because of the these high tech products that we are able to achieve a quality repair with in a minimal amount of time but... we are very careful in following the required tolerances built into these patching compounds. We check them thoroughly and study the Spec Data Sheets.

We talk to our suppliers about what works and what doesn't work. Finally we use our real world experience gained over many decades to assure you that our repair will be attractive and stand the test of time.
