Who Are We – Michael Olding has been repairing brick cracks, blocks, cracked stucco and foundations in the Greater Cincinnati Area since 1979. In the 80’s he incorporated as Olde World Masons, Inc. and is located at his home residence of 4 Gilmore Ct. in Fairfield, Ohio 45014. The work is small, seemless repairs — cracks, failed joints, and patches that disappear into the wall.

Who Does The Work – Michael still does plenty of installs and repairs. But he is only 1 man. He also a stable of reliable masons he sometimes subs to – do to their expertise, ability and location. Every truck that comes to your property will have an Olde World Masons, Inc. logo on the doors so you can identify our company.
How To Get An Estimate – When making an inquiry please include to following: your name, address and phone number, your email address and a brief description of the repair your are looking to have completed. A ‘picture is worth a thousands words’ is true here!… so include as many as you wish. I do not set appointments. Once I receive your text and the pertinent information I stop by your property and look at the repairs you requested in the photos. I take any additional photos that I need to write an estimate then when I get back to the office, in write your estimate up, make a PDF of it and send it to your email. Pretty easy. This can take anywhere from 1-7 days depending on where we are working and where your property is located.
How Your Repair Is Completed – Once you accept the estimate emailed to you, sign it and email it back to our offices. We generally keep in close touch with our customers by text as to when we will start. All payment for the completed project are made out to Olde World Masons, Inc. If you pay one of our installers please place your check in an envelope for with Olde World Masons, Inc written as the address for privacy. Text Michael if you want to use a credit card.
